JOB DESCRIPTION :

Essential Day to Day Responsibilities:
Manage the Development and L3 Support Activities with the help of Technical Leads
Manage developers (people management)
Communicate with business stakeholders, Program Managers and senior management
Identify Risks and ensure appropriate mitagation plan is put together
Ensure Quality deliverables and services to our stakeholders and improve performance of the application
Adhere and execute projects as per the Roadmaps defined
Ensure Scope and Changes are managed appropriately
Ensure project execution is compliant to organizational defined processes
Follow best practices of all project management aspects
