Job Details:
8+ years on Java projects
Oversee and manage the development and tracking of integrated project plans for a single or multiple projects depending upon project size and complexity.
Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle.
Review Project progress and will be responsible for preparing regular updates of Project Status, concerns and escalations.
Responsible for reporting to Senior Management for Project and Solution Deliverables.
Exposure to SDLC, including requirements gathering, business analysis, functional design, software configuration, testing and support
Customer management on functional and technical front of Project
Resource Management Appraisals, Skills, Monitoring utilization etc
Good communication Skills
Experience in Securities Domain/ Financial Industry exposure preferred.
Experience in Managing teams handling Software Development / Maintenance / Application Support for Transaction processing Systems (preferably OLTP).
