Job Description
The job holder will be an experienced people manager with personal responsibility for building a development team with high levels of technical competencies. This includes road mapping technology competencies for the team in collaboration with local site management and program owners, assessing technical competence levels of team, facilitating technology competence development, coaching of team members, implementing community based models for adoption and development of technology competencies, resource budgeting and driving recruitment activities.
Working with site management, the job holder will be responsible for capacity planning, resource allocation to prioritized programs and developing competence development strategies for the team in the identified technology. In addition to these responsibilities, the job holder will participate in site management and own a cost center.
