As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for-
Develop the R&D teams technology competencies to agreed levels using multiple approaches
Provide input to local management on competency levels and capacities
Maximize team effectiveness and productivity through active technical coaching and adoption of development practices, tools and platforms
Drive and own the adoption of relevant tools and frameworks for software development
Design, implement and own community models for technology competency development
Technical evaluation of new talent
