POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a Team Lead position on the Configuration Engineering team that performs Kenexa software products configuration and web development as a part of client implementations and support. You will be responsible for a talented team of individuals and driving configuration support for some of Kenexa products from our Vizag office, giving technical and functional guidance to the team and clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Utilizes online tools and XML mapping for configuring Kenexa's products for clients specific needs.
2. Uses HTML, XML, JavaScript, and other Web technologies as a part of product configuration & fixing client reported issues. Conducts research on related emerging Web Technologies as required.
3. Successfully manages a team of Configuration Engineers and works on multiple & concurrent projects.
4. Provides technical & functional guidance to the team members and takes care of work estimation, allocation and tracking.
5. Effectively prioritizes and executes tasks in a high-pressure environment.
6. Follows defined project processes & metrics and looks for improvements.
7. Provides clear, accurate and prompt communication to the team, management and the client services teams.
8. Works in a global project team environment with people working from India and the U.S.
9. Collaborates well with the QA and Development teams to ensure quality deliverables.
