Key Requirements
Education Level Required (e.g. Degree/certification)
Engineering / Science Graduate with any advanced Microsoft certification and advanced certification on WFM and Voice recording. Must be CCVP certified.
Primary Skills Required
1) Advanced knowledge of networking / IPCC and voice applications such as WFM, Voice Recording , ICM, NAM,
2) Excellent troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
3) Worked on large and very large networks
4) Excellent verbal and written skills in English
5) Must have worked on TDM and other IP contact center products from different vendors such as Aspect and Avaya
Secondary Skills/Additional Skills/Desirable Skills
1) Applications / Systems knowledge
