Key Requirements
Education Level Required (e.g. Degree/certification)
MUST: Engineering / Science Graduate
OPTIONAL: CCNA and/or CCVP certification
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Primary Skills Required
1) Basic knowledge of networking and advanced knowledge on voice technology
2) Advanced knowledge of ICM, IPT, IPCC
3) Advanced knowledge on Voice protocols such as SIP, H.323, MGCP and proficiency in working and troubleshooting on Voice Gateways.
4) Excellent troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
5) Familiarity with NAM and IN
6) Worked on large and very large networks
7) Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Secondary Skills/Additional Skills/Desirable Skills
1) Applications / Systems knowledge
2) Knowledge of networking tools like HP Openview, MRTG etc.
3) TDM or legacy voice
4) Firewalls / IDS
5) Experience and skills in Avaya IP and TDM
