Job Details:

Minimum 10 years of increasingly responsible IT experience and demonstrated proficiency in at least J2EE and MS based web/app (BEA, racle, Apache) platforms.
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of business and IT counterparts
Track record of understanding and translating business requirements into IT solutions
Strong experience in delivering practical and specific technical solutions in a vague and new environment.
Experience participating in complex, enterprise-wide projects and working with diverse teams in multiple locations
Experience developing project plans/timelines for small and medium sized projects
Experience in an Enterprise technical architecture role preferred
Experience in dealing with industry forums like OAUG, ASUG, ADMC
Experience with the complexities of cross-functional issue identification, prioritization and resolution
At least 5 years of experience in technical or program lead role
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members, providing training and guidance as needed
Minimum 8 yrs of total IT experience.
Minimum 2 yrs of experience in Web Architect.
Minimum 2 yrs of experience in Microsoft and Java application server platforms.
