JOB DESCRIPTION :

We need people who thrive on technology challenges and are driven by fast paced work environments. We are currently recruiting Testing Team Leads.
Desired Profile We are looking at Graduates (Full Time) with 5-10 years of experience in Performance Testing.
Expertise in Performance Testing in ADAM (Advanced Digital Asset Management).
Good with Testing Methodologies on Web applications
Integration testing experience.
Automate Regression tests for this platform.
Experience in handling a team.
Experience in understanding the clients system architecture.
Performing current state assessment & gap analysis
Performing Test Scoping & Estimation
Recommending a Test Environment
Translating Test Requirements into Test Design
Deciding & designing Test Automation Strategy
Doing Test Project Management against SLAs and building relationships with client counterparts.
CSTE/ISEB/ISTQB Certification and Certification in any Testing Tools would be an added advantage.
