Desired Profile Expertise in IBM-Rational Test Manager
Have good knowledge of SDLC & Testing Strategies
Sound knowledge in performing Assembly, Functional, Regression & Deployment Testing
Experience in execution of automated test scripts using WinRunner, Rational Functional Tester
Experience in preparing test data and setting up test environment
Worked on SQL database
Coordinate efforts with the client team to complete project deliverables and testing support
Manage team of offshore testers and provide direction to ensure on-time completion of deliverables
Ensure quality of deliverables (defects, scripts) delivered
CSTE/ISEB/ISTQB Certification and Certification in any Testing Tools would be advantageous
