Job Details:

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
** Take bottom line Responsibility for timely and high-quality execution of Testing Projects.
** Define Test scope, estimates and timelines and overall Test strategy
Project planning, tracking and status reporting.
** Motivate and mentor team members.
** Participate in proposal design, Pre-sales activities and Client presentations.
** Participate in PU-wide activities like Test process Methodology definitions enhancements, building a Body of Knowledge, etc.
** Interfacing with the Clientoffshoreonsite teams.
** Exp In at least one Testing Tool - Rational (Robot, Test ManagerPerformance Studio), Radview (Web Load), Mercury (Win runner, Load Runner), Open STA, Segue (Silk Test, Silk Performer).
** Good understanding of Performance Testing tools (QA Load, VSTS, Neo Load, Lisa)
