Job Details:

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
** Should have led 10+ member teams.
** Thorough knowledge of SAP SD OR FICO.
** Involved in System Integration Testing in 3 or 4 large Implementation.
** Exp in SAP Upgrades and Test Data and understanding of various Testing MethodologiesTools is a must.
** Hands on exp in at least one Operating System (AS 400, Mainframe, UnixLinux, Windows), one Database (Oracle, Sybase, Informix, DB2, MS Access) and one business domain(preferable)- Retail (familiarity with RetekRMS is desired), Finance, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing.
** Excellent team leadership, Client interfacing, presentation and communication skills.
** IT Certifications like CSQA, CSTE, PMP will be big plus Project planning, tracking and status reporting.
** Motivate and mentor team members.
** Participate in proposal design, pre-sales activities and Client presentations.
** Participate in PU-wide activities like Test process Methodology definitions enhancements, building a Body of Knowledge, etc.
** Interfacing with the Clientoffshoreonsite teams.
