# Should have worked on capacity planning and database sizing.
# Should have knowledge on migration of databases like SQL 2000 to SQL 2005.
# Should be able to respond quickly and effectively to production & development issues and taking responsibility for seeing those issues through resolution.
# Should have advanced database performance tuning skills.
# Should have worked on resolving database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, clustering and other distributed data issues.
