We are currently looking for a very Senior Siebel resource for our client for Chennai location.IBM is looking for a candidate who should have 16+ years of expereience in IT and out of it at least 6 years of experience as Siebel Business Analyst.
Responding to RFP: participating in preparation of SOW and solution design.
Coordinating, analyzing and documenting end user requirements for follow-up design sessions.
Providing high level and detailed design based on client requirement
Doing Proof-of-Concepts of Siebel modules and generate the know how for design and implementation.
Initiating and managing client interaction sessions.
Interacting with client to understand restrictions of legacy and middleware systems with respect to integration touch points with Siebel.
Coordinating development effort of legacy team with onsite Siebel and process teams.
Providing Siebel product expertise and Know-how to client development team to expedite development.
Training and mentoring of team members.
Preparation of Technical Design Specification, Master Setup Document, User Operations Manual documents for Interfaces/Configuration objects developed.
Preparing Knowledge Transfer documents for smooth transition.
Planning and support for Unit testing, System / Integration testing and Error handling.
BE MBA with 16 + years of experience.
Should have fairly good eaperience in Managing big global/domestic client.Siebel business Analyst certification would be a definite plus.
