Job Details:

Responsible for Configuration, CSR Handling, Fault analysis.
Coordination with Project office & supplier if needed.
Involved in Expansion, Network Migration on any Commercial Live Network CSR Handling (Fault Analysis, Troubleshooting) Emergency handling & Corrective maintenance in the network.
Software updates and Upgrades. New Features Implementation. Preventive Maintenance and Health Check Monitoring of Network Description
Ensuring all the equipments are working correctly, Call flow, Alarm Minimization. Site Supervision Form BSC end.
Responsible for data base creation, software loading, radio management, alarm management, performance report.
Creation and troubleshoots, signal tracing, CBC creation, Database management. Responsible for Swapping and New Site creation in OMCR,
Carried out E1 sharing, giving link between A and A-ter interface, carried out CIC testing in each PCM and troubleshoot if any mismatch. Software loading in each BSC/BTS module, software up gradation using FTP tool
Signal tracing in some site if there any problem Using MA 10 software tool.
