Job Details:

This position is responsible for all system and network related requirements.
This position reports to the Manager - Systems.
Set up of systems as required.
Maintain all systems and networks.
Troubleshoot network problems e.g. connectivity issues, application issues etc
Coordinate with ISP when there are network related problems
Conduct regular checks on customer (both internal and external) problems/issues
Ensure all complaints/queries are resolved with a minimum turn around time.
Conduct weekly checks on all machines e.g. virus scan, updating systems etc.
Maintain a log of the work he has done on the Intra Net
This position is for NIGHT SHIFT
