Graduation
oInstallation, configuration and trouble shooting of all elements of a LAN / WAN and Network security.
o Configuring Routers, Switches, VPN circuits, RAS, Terminal Servers, VOIP, Video Conferencing.
oThorough knowledge of all Windows operating systems including Win 98, Win NT, Win 2000 Professional, Win XP, Win 2003 server.
o Installation and trouble shooting of Office Automation packages - MS Office, MS Outlook, Anti-Virus solutions.
oKnowledge of Linux, POP3 mailing solutions (VPOP3)
o Design, operational, and implementation experience with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Virtual Private Networks, Wireless networks, and facility planning. implementation of ITs policies and procedures related to Networking.
o Windows Server Management
* Dialer Management
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* DHCP,DNS,WSUS ,Lan , Wan,Routers,
* Installation of servers,Linux, win2000 ,2003,2008 servers
* Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts- 24/7.
oExperience in a BPO/Call Center/ITES industry is must.
