Job Description:

1. Candidate should have been involved in at least 6 customer engagements as a BASIS expert, that include implementation, upgrade and support.
2. Should have worked on at least 2 engagements having SAP ECC 6 or CRM 7.0 or NW 2004s or any other new technology component.
3. Should have been a part of at least 2 upgrade projects, having played a BASIS team lead role in at least one of these projects.
4. Should have an experience on at least 2 BASIS support project.
5. Should possess expertise in SAP Security and should have worked on at least one security project.
6. Should have a very good understanding of SAP Unicode & migration projects.
7. Should have an experience in the onsite-offshore model of operations for project delivery.
8. Should have led efforts pre-sales activities on SAP BASIS.
9. Should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
10. Should possess a winning attitude and should be willing go outside the call of regular duties, if needed, to make things happen.
