1. Should be an Engineer plus MBA from premier institutes like IIM & SP Jain only.
2. Shd be from BFS domain
3. Shd be doing business anlaysis, pre-sales, program management for a large client
4. Shd be willing to relocate to chennai
5. Shd be good at preparation of proposals and business plans, negotiating agreements and contracts and identifying new business opportunities
6. Shd have 10+ years of overall experience & not more than 15 yrs
7. Shd be leading a team apart from individual contribution.
