Responsibilities:
Review the inbound contracts and prioritize appropriately.
Request the change point project.
Distribute the contract and hours associated to the relevant delivery teams.
Coordinate with the Pricing team to ensure quick turn around for contracts to change point.
Support of internal document management (publishing, tracking, reporting)
Support of internal process audit execution
Support of compliance reporting
Knowledge and Skills:
Masters or Bachelors Degree in any stream
Specialization in Supply Chain or Materials management is preferable
Strong attention to detail
Experience in Change Point Project use
Good problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Willingness to work overlapping US hours twice a week .
