Lead Engineer - NMS - (Immediate)
Abilities
Have good analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
Ability to analyze the requirements and come up with the most appropriate solution
Ability to independently design the solution for quality and reusability.
Ability to implement the solution with high quality
Ability to plan and deliver on time.
Ability to learn and adapt to newer technologies
Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written communication
Required skills:
Hands on experience of 4 to 6 years
Java, J2EE, XML, EJB, SNMP / TL1 (Mandatory)
Experience in delivering solutions using Java, J2EE Design patterns (Mandatory)
EMS / NMS Background (Mandatory)
SNMP / TL1 Protocol experience (Mandatory)
Experience in JBoss / WebLogic (Desirable)
Knowledge in EJB3 (Desirable)
Working knowledge of EMS like AdventNet Web NMS (or) Hp OpenView (Desirable)
Working knowledge of Protocol API (Desirable)
JSP, Swing, , Ant, Eclipse (Optional)
