Job Details:

1. Should have knowledge of NOC
2. Lead and develop NOC processes to ensure uninterrupted monitoring of the site operations Actively contribute the setting up and functioning of NOC for monitoring the overall performance and availability of the passive infrastructure to ensure that the sites are running and up all the time.
3. Establish a robust system of connectivity to all the sites PAN India through GPRS and OSS and track its performance to rectify any faults in the connectivity.
4. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the NOC by keeping track of key activities involved in corrective and preventive maintenance of the applications and the hardware.
5. Drive the Operational Excellence and Maintenance of NOC
6. Control the NOC Opex costs and display high focus in building best practices to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
7. Actively engage with the Internal and external customers for smooth functioning of the NOC infrastructure
8. Engage with the IT Partner (IBM) for IT support in alarm generation, assignment of trouble tickets etc as per business needs for smooth working of NOC operations.
9. Analyze the need and direct the introduction of advanced event filters in the monitoring application to support evaluation and escalation of complex conditions.
10. Facilitate the task of preparing periodic reports for Fault Analysis, Reason for Outage (RFO) & report asked by the Customer.
