Job Summary
To understand & analyse all aspects of a customers business in order to identify the needs with respect to enterprise software solution and effective formulation of the same.
Roles & Responsibilities
Interaction with various stakeholder at customer end to analyse & understand the business & relevant issues
Gap analysis and solution mapping wrt CORAL erp and customisation needs of a specific customer
Planning & execution of BPR, if feasible
Designing of functional features for customisation and also system designing for the same
Monitor & supervise configuration
Responsible for effective solution formulation by team
Project tracking for schedule and quality specific to business analysis
Identification of techniques/process issues and improve the same
Team Management of business analysts & associate business analysts
Handle multiple customers simultaneously
