Job Details:

Experience / Technical Skills:
Minimum 6 years of experience in development of enterprise J2EE applications is mandatory
Exposure to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle is expected, Working experience on Treasury / Financial Applications will be an advantage
Hands on and proven technical skills in JSP, Spring, Hibernate is mandatory
Working knowledge of JSF would be an advantage.
Proven working knowledge of Design Patterns, Design Tools is an advantage
Working experience with Oracle and Report development using Crystal Reports (Version 11) Will be an advantage
Must be conversant with QMS and related documentation under the ISO 9000/CMM quality framework.
Leading team of 4 to 6 members is expected.
Ability to prepare the technical documents, explain them to the appropriate team members
Responsibilities
Leading the development teams
Understand and Review the technical specification and build the functions.
Help developers to understand the design, provide clarifications, participate in code review
Ensure adherence to delivery schedules along with Quality Process adherence
Action on the identified tasks to closure.
