Job Details:

1) Experience / Technical Skills:
Minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in leading design and development teams of J2EE applications is mandatory
Experience in preparing the technical specifications is mandatory
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing the complex enterprise applications is mandatory. Design experience for Treasury / Financial Applications will be an advantage
Exposure to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle is mandatory.
Mandatory skills of mentoring people in technical areas
Proven working knowledge of Design Patterns, Design Tools is mandatory
Hands on and proven technical skills in JSP, Spring, Hibernate is mandatory
Working knowledge of JSF would be an advantage.
Must be conversant with QMS and related documentation under the ISO 9000/CMM quality framework.
