Job Details:

Proactively Monitoring Alerts/Alarms thru Network Management System (NMS) tools
Configuration and implementation of VOIP Customers for Inbound as well as for Inbound calling
Attending to the dockets pertaining to MPLS L2 VPN, ILL (Internet Leased Line), IP Telephony Services (VoIP) and resolving the same through CRM (Customer relationship management).
Handling Service Reports through CRM
Escalating local issues to Local Operations Centers & Coordination with IP-NOC, Access Team, for the same.
Troubleshooting Network Problems Related to MPLS L2 VPN, ILL (Internet Leased Line), IP Telephony Services (VoIP) which includes configuration.
Coordinating & providing technical support to the customers for there problems relating to IP connectivity.
Interact with International VoIP Service providers like AT&T, WTN, SINGTEL, MCI, GO2CALL, and TELEGLOBE.
Voice over IP (Managed VOIP and Wholesale VOIP) using Multiprotocol Signaling Switch- NEXTONE and Analog and Digital Media Gateways.
Providing Level 1 Support for all Corporate Internet Telephony/Managed VOIP and International Wholesale VoIP customers.
VoIP routing via different carriers such as AT&T, WTN, SINGTEL, MCI, GO2CALL, TELEGLOBE using NEXTONE servers as the MSW (Multiprotocol Signaling Switch).
