Job Details:

Head IT functions at India level.
- Responsible for implementing and managing IT function at India level.
- Making and Managing IT budgets.
- Provide guidance and support to in house IT team for IT implementation
-Strong operational discipline, that translates into compliance in terms of SLAs, budgets, and process metrics, statutory and other compliances.
- Demonstrated ability to influence management view, and successfully negotiate project requirements with stakeholders, whether internal, customer, or third party.
- Key ability to identify, develop and mentor execution and leadership talent in the delivery team. - -Should lead by example in continuously motivating the team towards delivery excellence.
-Sound knowledge of key IT infrastructure technologies - servers, storage, networks and security.
-Expertise in process assessment and optimization
-Team Player with an analytic blend of mind.
The incumbent will be heading overall IT-Infrastructure of Company. Incumbent must be hands on in Networking Technology like router switches, LAN, WAN. Apart from Internal IT-Infrastructure Management he will be responsible for Remote Infrastructure of clients.
80% Job responsibility will be Internal IT-Infrastructure & 20% Job responsibility will be Remote Infrastructure Support to Client.
Qualification:-BEBTech (Regular)
Desired Experience:- Desired Experience: 18-22 years in IT Industry, preferred with at least 3-4 years of overall managing experience of IT-Infrastructure of Large IT company. Should possess knowledge of ITIL processes
