"General Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop (install, configure, modify, and maintain) a Wiki-based authoring environment to create and maintain 150K + web pages
2.Research user needs and identify appropriate technologies and use them to design solutions that fit into the existing environment. Constantly seek ways to enable a seamless transition from the current tools and processes.
3.Represent the customerour internal and external content providers. Focus on ease-of-use and integration concerns. Interface with Learning Products and Support teams to get closer to the customer perspective.
4.Demonstrate a commitment to quality and the quality process. Complete assignments in an accurate and thorough manner. Produce work that sets standards. In general, demonstrate a strong commitment to the elements of Product Generation Excellence (i.e., schedule predictability, establishing common core processes, building in quality, and accountability). Actively adhere to the Quality goals of the organization, look
forward to share best practices and be a role model to uphold quality as a strong & imperative need to meet the Product quality.
5.Allow sufficient time for QA testing and review of your implementation to ensure high quality. Focus on delighting customers. Take ownership for completeness, accuracy, and overall quality of your work. Aggressively test your deliverables and actively solicit reviews from end-users.
