Job Details:

Skills Set Requirements: 7 plus years of solid hands-on experience developing database applications using Java-based technologies. 3.6 years of strong hands-on experience as a Lead Informatica ETL developer in Windows as well as Linux environments. Strong RDBMS experience (can overlap ETL experience) including Oracle 10G, Sybase & Microsoft SQL Server. Current skills in developing complex stored procedures, functions and understanding of database performance. Familiarity or experience using web technologies such as HTML/DHTML, CSS and XML. Experience applying methodologies, tools, standards and best practices on large-scale enterprise projects. Strong hands-on experience leading an offshore team on complex engagements with disciplined approach. Solid analytical and trouble-shooting skills coupled with experience supporting production environments. Excellent US English communication skills including writing and technical documentation. Highly motivated team player and diligent worker with experience and flexibility to support our onsite and offshore teams. Successful and consistent track record as a tech lead working for a top Indian services firm or major US-based company. Must be willing to relocate to Bangalore and must be able to travel to U.S. as needed for short durations."Desired: Informatica Power Center Certification. Current data warehouse skills (snowflakes, star-schema, performance tuning). Experience designing and programming scalable web services and working understanding of SOAP. Hands-on experience with Subversion or similar version control software. Familiarity with US work culture or any prior work experience with Financial Services industry in New York
Academic Qualifications/ Other Requirements: Bachelor s degree Computer Engineering/ Computer Science
Work Experience (please mention no of years & desired role): Minimum 5 years in Informatica and Over all experience about 7+ years with very strong technical Skills and should be hands on."
