Job Details:
Controlling technical resources 24x7 (shift or call-out) for fault resolution
Major service outage investigations and follow up
Supports and co-ordinates planned outages
Supports process improvement feedback
Supports fault management tool development feedback
Provides OJT to others on FM procedures and Monitoring
Liaises with Customer Care organisations regarding Network outages
Liaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults
Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages
Ensures end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets
Provides reports for service outages and recommends follow up actions
Reviews TT reports against SLA/OLA and recommends follow up actions
Provides Major service outage investigations and follow up
Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Telecom.
Having hands on Fault management experience of 7-10 years, on NSS part of GSM networks.
