Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
Establishes work priorities for technical individual contributors
and/or technical leads, prepares activity and progress reports
regarding the activities of the work group/department, and reviews and
evaluates work of subordinates and prepares performance reports.
Consults with IT managers in other IT departments to coordinate activities.
Responsible for support of tools and products that are used to maintain
the production information infrastructure, including backup software,
monitoring, and performance tools.
Responsible for coordinating hardware and software installations,
support and maintenance activities on systems that support the company
production information infrastructure, including ongoing monitoring,
tuning, performance and overall health.
