Job Details:

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
Participates in and contributes to evaluation of new methods and
software tools to improve execution of core department
responsibilities. Provides management with input in the areas of
direction, staffing and forecasting.
Establishes work priorities for technical individual contributors
and/or technical leads, prepares activity and progress reports
regarding the activities of the work group/department, and reviews and
evaluates work of subordinates and prepares performance reports.
Consults with IT managers in other IT departments to coordinate activities.
Responsible for support of tools and products that are used in
corporate email platform, Windows clients, MS Exchange, Imaging and
anti-virus tools.
Responsible for test and finalization of hardware and software
standards for the corporate, support and maintenance activities on
systems that support the company production computing platform,
including ongoing server monitoring, tuning, performance and overall
health.
