Job Details:

Qualification :
M.Sc-Statistics (preferred) or other Masters degree except of MCA only from Delhi School of
Economics,IIT, IIM, ISI etc.
Requirement:
1.Must have work experience on SAS and Modelling (Regression modelling).
2.Conduct statistical analyses and complete studies of real estate and mortgage related data.
3.Prepare and maintain programs and documentation for asset and asset risk models.
4.Assist management in monitoring and re-engineering current models and their prototypes as needed to improve and enhance core models and group research objectives.
5.Develop knowledge and skills necessary for mortgage finance related analysis and research.
6.Conceive, lead, and manage quantitative and qualitative research projects independently.
7.Assess and communicate research results to internal and external stakeholders.
8.Fulfill ad-hoc requests for data and analytical reporting to support business units throughout the organization.
