Designation -Assistant Technical Manager
Key areas of Responsibility Production DB Administration Investigation and diagnosis of problems with our core applications Second and third line support for production issues from our customer base Be a focal point of knowledge about opportunities to improve our products and improve the customer experience of using our products Job Requirements Strong Experience in production database (Oracle) administration End to end experience in the support of web-based applications
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Clear evidence of resolving challenging technical support issues Past experience of developing the knowledge and skill to resolve issues in a fast turnaround time Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints Experience of Financial Services industry from previous roles would be a distinct advantage. This position may involve on-call support outside of normal office hours
