Job Details:

Responsibilities
1. Provide timely assistance and support to all levels of business reporting users to satisfy BW reporting requirements (enable self-sufficiency).
2. Ability to develop or modify prototype queries (y queries) in support of problem resolution or new business requirements. Publish queries (z queries) to the DuPont catalogue consistent with the DSDW principles.
3. Provide BW education assistance to platform / business trainers as needed in support of BW reporting users (enable self-sufficiency).
4. Research and resolve data integrity issues between SAP R/3 and BW.
5. Working with platforms, businesses and other Information Analysts to participate in regression tests as required, consistent with DSAP project promotions, support pack updates and version releases. May be required to coordinate and lead the CEDW regression testing. May be required to review release notes and interface to the run/maintain team.
6. Identify and document business requirements not satisfied by BW. Work with appropriate DSDW resource to ensure business process requirements are understood and given appropriate prioritization.
7. Ensure all published reports and end user procedures follow DuPont Reporting Principles.
8. Identify areas for business process improvement and communicate to Corporate Process Owners and or Global Reporting Leads as appropriate.
Write scripts to support testing of new functionality, projects and future regression tests.
