Strong Monitoring experience using BMC Patrol operations (Must to have)
Experience in upgrading and configuring any monitoring infrastructure components
Good to have Net cool Omnibus , TelAlert , NetIQ AppManager, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, ITM
Good to have candidates who have handled large enterprise / Unix servers
24/7 US Shifts (Involves Night Shift)

The purpose of the Monitoring Operations team is to operationally maintain the overall health of the monitoring environment, provide technical support for the infrastructure and monitoring solutions, assist clients with queries and changes
Deploy new monitors into the environment, install, upgrade and configure any monitoring infrastructure components
Provide NetCool reporting capabilities and solutions
Products supported include: BMC Patrol, NetIQ AppManager, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, NetCool Omnibus and Telalert.
Day to day support of customer requests and issues
