Job Details:

First Level fault analysis alerting operations staff to faults.
Continual performance and availability monitoring of Network, Servers, Database and applications within defined Service Level Parameters.
Identify Network / System problems as they occur, assess the consequences of the event and identify affected users and devices.
Reduce the impact of Network / System outages by ensuring co-ordination between the various technical groups involved
Reduce the length of outages or restoration time by ensuring that the necessary information reaches the individuals or groups who are primarily involved.
Change control interacting with local support groups
Identify, diagnose, test and resolve Network and Server performance problems in a multi-platform environment.
