Job Details:

Opening with MNC manufacturing Company.
Reports to:Lead Developer
Location: Pune / Chennai
Interfaces (All SMEs will cover basics of all Interfaces and focus more on interfaces in their expertise area),
Customer interaction and working with remote teams. (All SMEs are expected to have Intermediate to Expert skills on this)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Interact with Visteon Key Users on requirements, escalations, queries, enhancements
Do initial and on-going KT
Analyze incoming complex issues
Guide off-shore team on functionality/business processes, solution design Testing etc.
Interact with off-shore team to deliver as required
Keep the communication channel open
Help in process development and adherence
On-call Support
Part of Functional/Technical/scope escalation
