Lead for GBC Team with functional and Technical knowledge.
He will apart from resolving functional tickets, address how to call, monitoring monthly jobs/feeds have thorough understanding of the business function / application provides advice on functional and technical matters. Evaluates business needs to direct improvements in systems.
