Key Skills : Mainframes, COBOL, DB2, CICS, IBM Mainframe Cobol

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Must have relevant experience (3.5 To 5 ) working on Production support environment & related processes
Must be very technically skilled on DB2, COBOL on IBM Mainframe (on scale of 1-5; at least 4)
Must be technically expert on JCL Programming(on scale of 1-5 must be minimum 4)
Must have good knowledge of CICS (on a scale of 1-5 at least 3)
Must be well conversant with Change management process; hands on experience with any code configuration tool like Endevor.
Knowledge of Connect Direct tool and process is an added advantage.
Must have excellent debugging/problem solving skills
Must be well versant with testing processes
on-call basis as well. All calls are expected to be during the Work hours however the flexibility is required.
Must have experience in defining and managing production SLAs
Must be proactive in problem solving and continuously look for improvements on existing application/process
Provide timely status report to management team
Good written and verbal communication skills
