Solve customer queries related to LAN/WAN.
- Installation and maintenance of Software and Network Hardware.
- Installation Configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Managing, troubleshooting, and configuring CISCO, Dlink, switches & routers
- LAN/WAN Design Implementation and Support
- Monitoring of Networks
- Provided technical assistance to clients on LAN/WAN issues & Perform
troubleshooting on connectivity issues.
- Interacting with the service providers for commissioning and maintenance of Leased
& ISDN Lines.
