Experience: 8 to 10 Yrs
Relevant Exp: 5 Yrs in Core Banking, 3 - 4 Yrs in Investment Banking / BFSI, 4 Yrs in Enterprise Design & Architecture, 2 Yrs in Agile / other

SDLC process.
Description:
Require 8-10 years related experience; with a mix of Business Analyst and Project Management
Strong Experience in managing multiple projects in the development and maintenance mode
Strong core-banking knowledge and good understanding of Back-office organization in CIB
Strong knowledge of Quality processes and estimation techniques
Good People Management skills; should have handled small (5-10) and/or medium (10-15) sized teams.
Uses business/domain knowledge to provide functional assistance to the development team
Experience in handling cross platform projects web based and legacy
Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process oriented
Experience in grooming a young team of developers
Capability to work with clients to establish and maintain a consistent development methodology
