JOB DESCRIPTION :

Minimum 4 years of development experience in Microsoft Technologies specifically with 1 years of application design experience
Experience with designing applications using any of the Microsoft .NET based languages
Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies including VB.NET, ASP.NET, VB 6.0, XML, XSL, scripting languages including VBScript /

Javascript, HTML
Experience with modeling using Visual modeling tools including Erwin, Rational Rose, Visio etc.
Exposure to SQL Server 2000 is mandatory
Conceptual knowledge of RDBMS would need to be strong
Must be able to take lead on projects requiring coding
Excellent team player and coordinator between the Client and team.
Excellent communication skills needed to accurately identify project needs and communicate with team members
Requires good analytical skills to solve technical issues involving research, interpretation and resolution
Must be able to manage changing priorities, resolve conflicts and work effectively
