Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Maintain front-line contact with users to resolve specific problems
Respond to all customer questions and concerns with clear communication and excellent service
Research problems to find simple and effective solutions
Write technical support FAQs and other documents to enable users to troubleshoot their own problems
Maintain Interwoven Technical Support extranet to address basic support issues and inform customers of all new product functionality
Review documentation and provide feedback based on customer experiences
Identify recurring problems and resolve them
Suggest ways to improve and upgrade processes and products
* Should have Work experience on Core Java and Sound Knowledge on Networking
