Job Description:

Server and middleware team manager will be part of the Worksite sustenance team located in Bangalore and be involved in leading the effort to enhance

and maintain :
Lead the team of highly skilled software engineers to innovate, architect, design and develop new extensions to and enhance existing functionality of the

Worksite platform.
Identify and develop reusable components based on COM and .NET! for use in various products and tools.
Interact with customers and support teams to troubleshoot and fix customer-reported defects and release to customers as patches and service packs.
Develop other tools and utilities that solve specific problems in support of the customers.
*Should have Good Experience in COM, DCOM, .NET
