Job Description:

+ years of software development / systems engineering experience
2+ years of managing projects with software development team of 6+ people
Proven track record of delivering high-quality product releases under tight deadlines and stringent quality requirements
Experience with Solaris and Linux operating systems
Demonstrated programming & project execution ability of Java & J2EE applications
Experience with Multithreading on Core Java . Exposure to C++ and scripting desired
Strong communication, organizational & inter-personal skills and positive attitude
Quick learner, self-starter, highly-motivated.
This role expects the candidate to spend at least 60% to 80% time on technical activities.
Knowledge of Web programming paradigm, WAP, IVR a plus
