JOB DESCRIPTION :

Participates in the collection of telephony, data and desktop requirements from the business unit and translates into orderable services. Consults

and coordinates the installation, move, and change activities as requested by the business partner. May be involved in coordinating moderately

complex activities as directed by the Team Lead. Proficiently work on multiple phases of move, add and change lifecycle of activity to include

managing vendor issues and business partner communication.
