Must have 3 years of more of ASP.NET and VB.NET programming experience.
Experience developing on all layers including presentation layer (web forms with ASP.NET/VB.NET), Middle-tier/business logiv layer (E.g. web services, messaging, etc. with VB.NET) programming.
in depth knowledge of design software (Photoshop, Flash) .
Experience with XML technologies, version control system, JAVA technology (JSP,J2EE).
Drive design for new solutions of complex problems.
This includes troubleshooting, profiling, code re-factoring, and optimization for load and performance.
Prior work experience on e-commerce site is required.
