We are currently providing IT Recruitment Services to almost 200 Companies, which includes CMM, PCMM, CMMI and some reputed Companies in India and International.
Ability to communicate technical contents and vendor management
Able to co-ordinate installation & Configuration of HPUX Operating system with Hardware vendors.
Good process knowledge in call login, tracking, closure procedures. Knowledge of ITSM processes
Should have basic understanding of any storage technologies
Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated.
Escalation of problems in a timely manner as per the escalation matrix.
Preferred Certification in any of UNIX flavour. Certification can be compromised provided candidate is having good technical knowledge.
Experience in managing the team size of 6 to 8.
Capable of handling over all DC operations.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in engineering or 12th + three year Diploma (University recognized) will be considered in exceptional cases
