Job Details:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To lead the Software Team consisting of Software Developers, Web Designers and Test Engineers to effectively design and develop application
software against set deadlines. Set and monitor KPIs aligned to achieving organisational goals.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Set team KPIs
- Set individual team members KPIs targeted achievement of team KPI s
- Manage team daily to achieve KPI s
- Communicate deadlines to team via KPI s
- Report any urgent issues in relation to non achievement of KPIs to
Operations Manager
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in IT industry.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Team Leader.
- Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Service Oriented
Architecture.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge of best practises of programming.
- Proven database design skills.
- Code review capability and Problem solving skills.
- Leadership skills.
